We are a food truck that sells authentic Belgian waffles, both sweet & savoury. Savoury waffle sandwiches or topped with sweet fruits and sauces. We source many of our ingredients and products locally, such as meats, vegetables, fruits, & maple syrup.

The Waffle Bus first began without any wheels in 2011. Our waffles were first introduced through the Antigonish Farmer’s Market. As our products gained popularity, we decided to expand and take our waffles on the road attending festivals, farmer’s markets and special events. The following year we restructured a 2003 Chevy Step Van into a Waffle Bus! To ensure our customers could obtain our products all year round, we opened a small cafe, The Waffle Bus Stop.
