We’ve got something ‘cracking’!  Lynn and I both have a love of our local delicacy, lobster - especially lobster rolls.

We will be selling lobster rolls, lobster dip and lemonade at the Antigonish Farmer’s Market.

We’ve been like America’s Test Kitchen - performing taste tests, product tests and rating the results.  We’ve had a lot of fun and have come up with a tastebud pleasing blend served on a brioche bun.  We will also have a few dip options to suit different tastes.
