Liven is a craft fermented Protein Kefir made locally in the Antigonish Farmers' market. LIVEN combines high-quality whey protein with Nova Scotian Milk to create a delicious probiotic beverage with 30g of protein.

Liven is craft fermented in the Antigonish Farmers' market industrial kitchen. We have been perfecting our production process for over a year and have worked with Perennia Food and Beverage in Truro to integrate professional food science into our fermentation. We follow food safety practices and are food safe certified.
