All of our cheeses are made with organic milk produced by our grass-fed cows. With the exception of our Hickory Smoked flavour, all of the berries, herbs & spices that we use are certified organic and GMO free. Each piece of cheese is 165g minimum.

Ingredients: organic milk, salt, rennet, calcium chloride, bacterial culture.
