Our live market in our new building runs Saturdays from 8:30am to 1pm.
Our Wednesday mini market has ended for the 2020 season, thank you for your support.
Our online store is still running, check it out.
Beginning with a handful of vendors, under the direction of the Antigonish Regional Development Authority in 1995, the Antigonish Framers’ Market is now in its 17th year and still going strong!
Our family of regular vendors has grown from a handful to as high as fifty, depending on the season. At our market you will find a bounty of “Feel Good Food”, which includes a wide variety of locally grown and organic fruits and vegetables, organic meats, maple syrup, honey, preserves, wild mushrooms, heritage products, to whatever kind of mouth watering baked goods you could imagine.
Breakfast can be had at the kitchen or you may enjoy the vegetable stir-fry or organic sausages cooked on site every Saturday morning by vendors. From our many artisans and crafters you’re sure to find unique jewelry, quilts, wall hangings, wood products, photos, painted silk items and stained glass–just to name a few. Our extended family of vendors pride themselves in providing “Quality Products from People You Know.”
Come join us Saturdays, from the first Saturday in May to December the last Saturday before Christmas. We are located on James Street, Antigonish, behind the Arena in the 4-H building during the summer and fall and then we relocate to the Antigonish Education Center for the winter months.
We hope to see you there.
